Refreshing honesty when it comes to the 'instant' coffee cappuccinos in the seasonal kiosks - not to worry, they have quality bean to cup coffee at Cafe Moo Moo.

Plates of Cake

Plates of cake were selling at the rate of five a minute at Hobsons Patisserie in Stratford upon Avon.  Sure Henley Street has an excellent footfall and the pricing was keen - £1 a plate - but the volume of trade was astonishing. 

Moral: invest in Hobsons or try the same idea if you have a similar footfall.  Their sandwich presentation also looked good.

Water Danger

"Poor old Bill toppled in here so take great care and don't come near" is Fisher Farm Park's terrific take on if you have to have a sign, make it memorable, part of the experience and put a smile on the visitors' faces.

Massive meringues and slabs of nougat cake at Costley & Costley's House of Burns in Kirkoswald, Scotland.  They do an excellent breakfast - latte, wi-fi plus a full cooked plateful - for £6.95: highly recommended.
