House of Cake and Breakfast
Massive meringues and slabs of nougat cake at Costley & Costley's House of Burns in Kirkoswald, Scotland. They do an excellent breakfast - latte, wi-fi plus a full cooked plateful - for £6.95: highly recommended.

Fresh Simple Scottish
The Scottish National Gallery in Edinburgh has an excellent and popular cafe and restaurant operated by local restaurateur Centotre. Suppliers are celebrated at the restaurant entrance with portraits and on maps and menus.
'Fresh, Simple, Scottish' are the watchwords.
Scottish products are celebrated in all their glory!
