Bravo to the Garden Cafe at Luton Culture's Stockwood Discovery Centre with their new app - order and pay at the table on your smartphone and just wait to be served.   Wetherspoon's App is live in their 900+ pubs and we believe this will be the future for large cafe food order systems.  Big implications for serveries, space planning and till systems of the future.

Great Layout

Company of Cooks' Brewhouse Cafe servery at Kenwood House has four tills, does great business and is worth a study of how to bust queues in a tight space.  All the kit is mobile so rapid conversion to a function space is possible.
