The Ultimate Spirit
Prufrock Cafe assure me this is the espresso coffee machine - £17,000 worth of 'Spirit' Kees van der Westen's machinery - and they should know (they run a barista training company and are as coffee obsessed as one is likely to find).
They also reckon the perfect espresso cup is 5oz - the white one on the left - and this is an unusual size

Your Favourite Cup
Prufrock Cafe in Leather Lane, off High Holborn, has been running a 'what is your favourite cup' survey for its customers. The current winners - pictured below - are its current stock to the staff's surprise and the owner's delight.
