Pork & Pickle at East Midlands Airport was spotted by Holkham's Johanna Tennant. Local supplier Dickinson and Morris, based in Melton Mowbray, have supplied them with a range of local cakes, pork pies and pork sausages.

A good example of local sourcing.

Jamie's new Deli in Bath spotted by Amanda, owner of excellent local boutique B&B Villa Magdala who says "I think it's pretty good - love the pasta machine that turns out fresh pasta every day - and the bread is great.  There are a few tables for coffee and nibbles - seems to be doing well."

Variations on an Egg

Byfords at Holt in north Norfolk - brilliant. You enter the cafe through the deli where pasties and pastries are being made. The 'Take & Bake' unit is right to hand. Their tag line of "A Higgledy-Piggledy World of Pleasure" is spot on.
