Mini Green Egg

 Great Cafes are fans of Big Green Eggs - seen here at Midsummer House in Cambridge which has 25 of them! @BigGreenEggUK
 Baked celeriac is brought to the table in a mini Big Green Egg, sliced and scooped out with hazelnut, hollandaise, celery and wood sorrel.  A real treat and a superb meal. @Midsummerhouse
